Booking Policies
The payments must be made using Visa, Mastercard or personal cheques. At the time of the reservation, we require a 35% deposit of the total cost of the trip. The remaining 65% must be paid 30 days before the date of your trip.
Modifications will be possible depending on our availabilities. It is possible to change, without fee, the date of your trip up to 30 days before the beginning of your trip. No modifications are allowed less than 30 days before your trip.
Cancellation, if the trip is cancelled by Ski Chic-Chocs for security concerns or mechanical failure you can re-schedule your date until april 30th 2011. If you choose to cancel, up to 45 days before the date of your trip, the deposit is refundable. Take note that within 30 days from the date of your trip the totality of your payment is not refundable if you choose to cancel. All cancellations must be submitted in writting.
